Our Carthage and Watertown offices provide in-house Laboratory services for testing ordered by our providers.  We have a CLIA certified laboratory and have received excellent ratings from the New York State Department of Health for several years.

Electronic Medical Records:

​With state-of-the-art electronics, we offer paperless record-keeping that means more efficient care for our patients. Any medical care provider, in either of our offices, can quickly access the entire medical record. If the patient is referred to a specialist, the medical records are faxed directly from the system, eliminating delays.
