Laboratory:
Our Carthage office provide in-house Laboratory services for testing ordered by our providers.  We have a CLIA certified laboratory and have received excellent ratings from the New York State Department of Health for several years.  


We provide full medical care for the entire spectrum of Family Medicine for our patients. The services our office can provide include:

Same Day Acute Care Appointments for our Established Patients

Electronic Medical Records:

​With state-of-the-art electronics, we offer paperless record-keeping that means more efficient care for our patients. Any medical care provider, in either of our offices, can quickly access the entire medical record. If the patient is referred to a specialist, the medical records are faxed directly from the system, eliminating delays.


Should our Medical Provider determine that the patient’s treatment requires additional Specialty Care Services, we will promptly refer to an extensive network of Specialists.
